Day Zero is the result of several long-standing ideas I’ve collected and melded into a single piece:
I wanted to write a lean, mean, corporal punishment fiction,
unburdened by too much plot.
I wanted to explain how the few first hours look like, and
feel, for abductees new to Ryan’s twisted empire.
I wanted to do something with Speedos, because I like the
visual cues they give.
I wanted to introduce some new boys, whom we may hear more
of. Though, I’m aware the intakes are landing more quickly than the departures,
and some of you are restless about that. I intend to reward your patience.
Day Zero will be on the blog by the end of this coming
weekend.
Le moment est idéal pour un concours « Speedo ». L’été est terminé, et nous sommes à un mois de l’arrivée des collections de tenues de villégiature. C’est le moment de savourer ce qui a été et ce qui sera, et de mettre à l’épreuve la durabilité face à l’éphémère — qu’il s’agisse de style, de tendances, de jeunesse… ou de la vie en général.
